Atoms, based in Bogotá, is seeking a detail-oriented cost estimator to support construction projects from concept to design. You will work with vendors, architects and engineers to price work, manage contracts and monitor cash flow to keep projects on track.

This on-site role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to coordinate across teams, and experience with typical software tools used in project costing.

Mansioni

• Coordinate cost estimation for construction projects from concept design through detailed design, procuring GCs, architects and engineers to manage vendor contracts and monitor project cash flows.
• Coordinate pricing and sequencing the delivery of niche kitchen construction materials to building sites nationally.
• Partner with KOB teams to procure kitchen equipment specific to licensee needs.
• Control costs and perform value engineering exercises to innovate and reduce spend.
• Provide research, analytics and work with large datasets.
