Job summary

Atoms is seeking a Procurement Manager to own vendor strategy, cost optimization, and contract governance across facilities, equipment, utilities, and services. You will partner with Real Estate, Facilities, Operations, and Finance to drive disciplined spend and unlock measurable savings at scale.

You will lead RFx/RFP processes, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement across facilities, equipment, utilities, and services.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to drive cost savings and standardize processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and sourcing strategies from planning through completion.
• Partner with Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal and others to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, evaluate, and manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers across multiple projects.
• Lead RFx/RFP processes, analyze bids, negotiate pricing and terms, and execute supplier agreements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while balancing quality and timelines.
• Manage key vendor relationships including performance, pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
• Coordinate sourcing with construction teams to meet schedules and milestones.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, vendor capacity, and supply risks.
• Develop and improve procurement processes, tools, and reporting as the company scales.
• Manage multiple sourcing initiatives and report results to leadership.
