The role collaborates with Legal, Risk, and Operations, translating project scope into enforceable SOWs, MSAs, and pricing structures while ensuring procurement processes align with company standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction procurement, preconstruction, or commercial contracting.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost drivers, commercial terms, and risk allocation.
• Experience negotiating complex agreements including MSAs and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial execution of construction contracts from defined scope through execution readiness.
• Negotiate pricing structures, contract terms, and commercial conditions.
• Translate project scope into enforceable statements of work aligned with requirements.
• Structure terms including inclusions, exclusions, and risk allocation.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks with Legal and Risk teams.
• Route agreements through internal approval and signature workflows.
• Collaborate with Construction and Preconstruction on vendor evaluations and proposals.
• Provide commercial guidance throughout vendor engagement and proposal reviews.
• Ensure adherence to procurement templates and contracting standards.
• Monitor vendor capabilities, market conditions, and pricing trends to inform strategy.
