Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–4 years manufacturing supply chain experience: purchasing, inventory analysis, procurement or supply logistics.
• Strong data calculation & analysis, Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, monitor, and execute purchase orders; analyze inventory levels; coordinate multiple supply chains for on-time delivery.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers; promote HTA business solutions and seek improvements and cost savings.
• Lead negotiations on routing, expedite needs, and perform monthly variance analysis; support budgeting and quarterly updates.
