Qualifications

• Experience with procurement systems, cost forecasting, and budgeting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage community startup procurement strategy aligned with project goals.
• Forecast short- and long-term house costs and maintain project trackers.
• Inform and manage procurement budgets and strategies for cost improvement.
• Collaborate with construction teams to execute sourcing plans and timelines.
• Mentor and develop procurement team members and performance.
