PulteGroup Inc. is seeking a Procurement Agent to manage procurement and community setup across multiple homebuilding projects. This role focuses on sourcing strategies, contract execution, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals.

The position requires onsite work five days a week at the Bridgewater area division office, with collaboration across construction, design, and sales teams to optimize procurement processes and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• University degree or equivalent preferred; 2–4 years of procurement experience.
• Experience with procurement and community setup systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for assigned categories, including sourcing strategy, contract execution, and supplier performance.
• Oversee community setup strategy, including data entry, pricing validation, and policy adherence.
• Lead cost analyses, negotiations, and contract implementations for multiple communities.
• Coordinate with construction, sales, and design teams to meet procurement and community needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
