Job summary

Air Systems, Inc. in California is seeking a Project Executive for the Construction department.

Under the direction of Preconstruction and Sales Manager, you will identify, qualify, and close new business while maintaining client relationships and lead project management for sold projects. This role requires an engineering or construction management degree and 3+ years in PM, sales, and design/build construction in HVAC/MEP.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree required.
• 3+ years PM experience in construction.
• 3+ years professional sales experience, HVAC/MEP preferred.
• 3+ years design/build construction experience.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Highly organized with good time management.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships.
• Follow up on sales and project leads promptly.
• Establish long-term relationships to support repeat business.
• Meet or exceed revenue and profit goals.
• Prepare client proposals, estimates, and RFQs.
• Lead the Project Management Team for all sold projects.
