Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of financial analysis experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are critical along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manipulate flexible models to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives under various scenarios.
• Collaborate with the Director of Financial Analysis & Planning while analyzing contract terms, change orders, and tracking project costs/revenues.
• Respond to inquiries from managers regarding financial results and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Partner with operations for margin enhancement initiatives and provide financial guidance to project teams.
