MYNT Systems is seeking a Controller to lead full accounting operations across MYNT Systems and related entities. You will own month-end close, financial reporting, payroll oversight, and internal controls in a lean finance team.

The role partners with the COO/CFO and Operations to ensure accurate, timely data and decision-useful insights, including project profitability and revenue recognition under ASC 606.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in construction accounting with job costing and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Proficiency with construction ERP systems (Jonas Premier, Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint).
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own full month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Produce monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Manage job cost accounting and WIP reporting for active projects.
• Oversee payroll, AP/AR, and compliance with wage requirements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, controls, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with COO/CFO, PM, HR and operations for financial visibility.
