Job summary

CK Construction Group is seeking a Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting for a private, non-union construction management and general contracting firm. You will partner with project executives and operations leaders to provide financial insight across the full project lifecycle.

The role focuses on accurate project accounting, strong internal controls, and timely reporting to support profitability, cash flow, and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred; experience in construction accounting.
• Minimum 10 years in accounting roles with construction focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Maintain internal controls appropriate for a private construction firm.
• Coordinate annual audits with external CPA firms.
• Monitor cash flow, WIP, and project profitability.
