Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years direct construction management experience.
• Experience leading Construction and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all construction phases while controlling the budget.
• Develop and enforce processes with Project Managers and Superintendents to meet milestones.
• Ensure houses are built per plan and meet quality standards, especially at NHO stage.
• Maintain model homes and retail presentation.
• Oversee weekly status updates and ensure timely closings and QAIs.
• Manage trades, contractors and suppliers; lead annual contractor events.
• Coach teams to reduce cycle times and maintain safety and policy compliance.
• Hire and supervise Construction and Customer Service staff; manage performance.
