Job summary

Hakes Brothers is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee residential construction from start to completion. You will supervise all site activities, coordinate trade contractors, and ensure quality standards through every phase of building a new home.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of relevant construction management experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities through to the New Home Orientation (NHO).
• Update the Construction Schedule daily and schedule all trade contractors.
• Perform Pre-Construction Orientation, inspections and quality checks.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA/Safety programs.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure on-time completion of milestones.
