Job description

A rapidly growing construction company is seeking an executive to serve as the operational leader of the organization. This is a critical hire for a business experiencing significant growth.

This role will function as the chief operating executive, responsible for executing the company's strategic direction, stabilizing and scaling operational systems, and driving accountability across all departments. The role requires a senior leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively align and lead a high-performing executive team.

The ideal candidate brings deep construction industry leadership experience. This position offers the opportunity to operate as the functional chief executive of a company positioned for substantial growth, with a clear path toward expanded influence and long-term organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute organizational strategy and drive key operational objectives

Essential Requirements
