Job summary

TSSI Recruit US is seeking an experienced Controller to join a growing construction organization in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will oversee all accounting and financial operations, partnering with executive leadership to ensure strategic growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and compliance with tax regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within the construction industry.
• Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Construction Accountant.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing change orders and retainage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance functions including financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and project job costing.
