Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 5+ years in a strategic financial leadership role.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in construction or development helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, and tax coordination.
• Prepare and present monthly financial statements, job costing reports, and variance analyses.
• Provide leadership with insights on profitability, margins, and cost control.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to support ongoing projects.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable to maintain strong cash positioning.
• Partner with leadership on banking relationships and financing needs.
• Review and analyze WIP schedules with project managers.
• Ensure accuracy in job costing and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
• Support billing and compliance for public sector projects.
