Place Services Inc. (PSI) seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to support growth initiatives. The role partners with BD and operations leadership to strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities, and craft compelling proposals and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate blends marketing and business development with a client-focused mindset to expand existing relationships and contribute to revenue growth across targeted markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• Min. 3 years in marketing, BD support, or proposal development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating client presentations and sales materials.
• Experience with CRM and sales pipelines preferred.
• Knowledge of construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify and pursue new clients and opportunities.
• Research prospects, markets, competitors, and trends.
• Develop client presentations, capability statements, and qualification packages.
• Assist with client outreach and relationship development initiatives.
• Track opportunities and support the BD team's sales pipeline.
• Coordinate and develop RFPs / RFQs, proposals, and submissions.
• Maintain project profiles, qualifications, resumes, references, and resources.
• Improve proposal quality and effectiveness.
• Maintain CRM data and develop dashboards for tracking activity.
• Research target companies and industry events to focus efforts.
• Support marketing campaigns and brand messaging across materials.
