Job summary

Place Services Inc. (PSI) is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to support growth initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and develop compelling proposals and marketing materials.

This role works closely with operations and leadership to identify opportunities, expand existing accounts, increase PSI's visibility in targeted markets, and drive revenue growth across commercial, retail, and federal sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in marketing, business development support, sales support, proposal development, or related activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, and client-facing materials.
• Experience with CRM platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new clients and project opportunities.
• Develop client presentations, capability statements, qualification packages, and other sales collateral.
• Assist with client outreach, follow-up, and relationship-development initiatives.
• Track potential opportunities and support the BD team throughout the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate and develop RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, presentations, and qualification packages.
• Maintain project profiles, resumes, references, and other proposal resources.
• Continuously improve proposal quality and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate client, prospect, contact, and opportunity information.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to track opportunities, client activity, and BD efforts.
• Establish CRM processes and best practices that improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
