Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education and/or related field preferred with construction industry exposure.
• A proven network of contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Strong ability to identify and qualify project opportunities aligned with company capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across targeted market sectors.
• Maintain visibility within contractor and design communities.
• Develop organizational charts and decision-making structures for key accounts.
• Lead pursuit strategy and client engagement throughout project cycles.
• Lead client presentations and represent ISEC at industry events.
