• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with minimum 5 in BD and 3 in construction PM.
• Strong understanding of design-build and construction lifecycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop client-focused proposals and lead pursuit strategies.
• Self-motivation with a proactive and strategic mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP of Business Development to implement strategies aligning with goals.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities through market research and engagement.
• Establish and maintain client and influencer relationships for design-build services.
• Prepare and execute strategic pursuit plans for high-priority targets.
• Lead internal coordination to reflect customer vision and expectations in proposals.
• Oversee creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials reflecting capabilities.
• Act as liaison during pre-contract phase to address client needs.
• Coordinate with pre-construction and project execution teams for successful transitions.
• Share market knowledge and maintain CRM with deal information.
• Develop Customer Action Plans with Client Leads and maintain CAPs.
• Attend trade groups to build relationships with owners and influencers.
• Participate in community leadership roles.
