Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Connectivity Strategy Consultant in the Electric Power Division to align customer needs with our connectivity strategy and technology roadmap. You will collaborate with dealers, internal partners and customers to create new telematics solutions and chart a long‑term path for technology utilization.

• Top candidates will have a four‑year degree in business, marketing, computer science, technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior technology or telematics experience is preferred.

• Identify key strategic needs for Electric Power in connectivity and drive alignment of projects and resources.
• Develop telematics hardware/software priorities to support product goals.
• Represent Electric Power in cross‑industry discussions to accelerate feature development.
• Manage metrics, dashboards and management tools to monitor performance and identify improvements.
