Job summary

Jane Street is expanding its hardware procurement team and seeks a technologist to own direct relationships with DRAM, NAND, and CPU manufacturers. You will lead multi‑year capacity contracts and translate technical requirements into a practical sourcing strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware procurement lifecycle for hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and component manufacturers.
• Proven ability to negotiate long-term supply agreements and manage complex commercial terms.
• Existing relationships with DRAM, NAND, or CPU manufacturers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own direct relationships with strategic component manufacturers across DRAM, NAND, and CPU.
• Lead the full lifecycle of commercial and technical negotiations for multi-year capacity contracts and allocations.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategy and feed capacity planning with lead times/roadmaps.
