Raymond James Financial, Inc. seeks a Senior Governance & Reporting Specialist to support the Chief Compliance Officer in Board and executive governance forums. You will synthesize information across Compliance, anticipate questions, and produce timely, accurate executive materials.

You will partner with Compliance leadership to translate strategic priorities into deliverables, develop executive-level reports, and drive alignment across departments, emphasizing risk and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in Compliance or financial services.
• Experience synthesizing information for executive governance materials.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SEC, FINRA rules/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and development of materials for the Chief Compliance Officer's governance forums.
• Partner with Compliance leadership to develop executive presentations and reporting.
• Identify themes and dependencies across Compliance initiatives for strategic planning.
• Build relationships across functions to align stakeholders and escalate risks.
• Manage quarterly governance reports highlighting initiatives and risks.
• Create executive talking points and support materials for governance meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate Compliance data.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates to streamline processes.
• Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Identify process improvements and automation within reporting.
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects as directed by leadership.
• Interact with senior leaders in Compliance, Risk, AML, and across the firm.
• Represent Compliance on cross-functional projects as needed.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to management and stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
