Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) and eight (8) years of experience in Compliance and/or the financial services industry preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
• Additional licenses/certifications demonstrating knowledge in industry regulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of materials for the Chief Compliance Officer’s participation in Board and executive governance forums.
• Support development and execution of Compliance priorities and strategic plans.
• Identify themes and dependencies across Compliance initiatives for strategic planning.
• Build relationships across Compliance and other functions to drive alignment of complex initiatives.
• Manage and create quarterly governance reports for Compliance leadership.
