Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Nashville-based, is seeking a Compliance Operations Specialist to partner with the SVP/CECO. You will translate enterprise priorities into structured workplans, drive milestones, and develop executive-ready materials to advance high-priority initiatives.

In this role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional projects across Ethics, Privacy, Culture & Values, and Regulatory Compliance, while maintaining discretion and integrity in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, healthcare administration, public policy, legal studies, compliance, communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, healthcare, or project/program management.
• Equivalent combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic execution partner to the SVP/CECO with clear project plans, milestones, ownership, decisions, and outcomes.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional compliance projects.
• Manage strategic initiatives from scoping to implementation with workplans, timelines, governance, and status reporting.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and barriers; elevate issues and propose solutions to maintain momentum.
• Establish and maintain a portfolio view of major initiatives, deadlines, and interdependencies for leadership prioritization.
• Develop executive-ready briefings, dashboards, and materials for CECO and senior leaders.
