Option Care Health is seeking an Analyst, Compliance Business Partner to partner with Operations, Sales, Clinical, and Revenue Cycle to identify and address compliance risks and integrate regulatory requirements across the organization.

The role supports training, investigations, remediation activities, and governance reporting while helping promote a compliant, ethical culture and responsible business growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations (HIPAA, AKS, Stark) and related guidance.
• Experience researching and interpreting regulatory requirements to identify risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for policy explanations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Business Partner in identifying and addressing risks within assigned areas.
• Identify emerging trends and escalate significant concerns to leadership.
• Lead defined projects with workplans, stakeholders, and deliverables.
