Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) Strategic Execution and Initiatives Manager to align risk-based priorities with cross-functional workstreams. You will lead strategic projects, influence senior leadership, and partner with compliance, legal, audit, and finance to advance the OEC program.

Qualifications

BA/BS required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with, or exposure to, business functions such as compliance, legal, audit, finance, and regulatory affairs.
Ability to build relationships across cross-functional partners and operate as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

Defining and executing a progressive strategy to advance AbbVie’s OEC program with cross-functional alignment.
Understand and translate Compliance Program Effectiveness into actionable initiatives.
Lead stakeholder engagement and coordinate change management across teams.
