Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking an Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) Strategic Execution and Initiatives Senior Analyst to manage strategic initiatives and risk-directed projects globally. This role involves planning, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative execution across OEC and Internal Audit functions.

You will help socialize OEC accomplishments, coordinate resources, and drive consistency in risk assessment and governance using data-driven insights and modern analytics tools.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree required; professional certifications preferred.
• Experience in compliance, legal, audit, finance, or regulatory affairs is valued.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partners effectively with all levels of OEC to assess and identify support needs and provide escalation when needed.
• Creates and manages project plans and related materials (presentations, drafts, implementation plans) to execute on our framework.
• Supports global risk assessment with data collection, analysis, and synthesis across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborates with OEC teams and Internal Audit to identify evolving risks and drive engagement.
• Leads management of OEC resources (e.g., Prezentium, benchmarking) and coordinates reporting of deliverables.
• Supports change management activities to embed project outcomes.
