Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in compliance, administration, or project management.
• Strong executive communication and visual storytelling for digital media.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations.
• Experience in an academic medical center or large health system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive-ready presentations and follow-up communications for the VP.
• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of compliance projects.
• Manage departmental budget and supervise the administrative assistant.
• Support development and dissemination of compliance policies and training campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align initiatives.
• Implement project governance, status reporting, and KPI definition.
