Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters seeks a strategic Director of Compliance to develop and oversee the annual compliance work plan and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management across the health system.

The role collaborates with Legal, Finance, Revenue Cycle, HR, IT, Privacy, and Clinical Operations to mitigate operational and regulatory risks, while maintaining independence and reporting to the President/CEO and Board Oversight Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare compliance, risk management, or related field.
• 3+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Professional certifications (CPA/CIA/JD) preferred.
• Experience presenting findings to executives and boards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the compliance program.
• Monitor compliance audits, regulatory requirements, and corrective action plans.
• Report findings and risks to executive leadership and Board Compliance Oversight Committee.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Revenue Cycle, HR, IT, Privacy, and Clinical Ops.
• Promote ethics, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead the Compliance and Internal Audit Department, including staffing and budgeting.
