Job summary

RAS LaVrar, LLC is seeking an Audit Analyst to coordinate and execute comprehensive audit programs across client engagements. The role focuses on identifying gaps, ensuring data integrity, and driving remediation efforts in a fast-paced legal environment.

The successful candidate will perform regulatory testing, maintain audit trails, and liaise with external auditors and client teams to ensure adherence to SLAs and state laws. Onsite in Plantation, FL with opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.
• 1–2 years auditing, internal controls, or compliance experience preferred.
• CIA or CCEP certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with legal practice management systems and MS Office essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client audits onsite and remote.
• Conduct internal compliance testing across departments.
• Validate data in legal files and case management systems.
• Track remediation and verify closure of audit findings.
• Assist in regulatory documentation and SLA compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Liaise with external auditors and client compliance teams.
• Monitor system audits using Convoke and IPACS.
