Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Complex Products Manager to lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for advanced investment solutions across its product shelf. You will coordinate onboarding, platform updates, sponsor relationships, reporting, and cross-functional projects spanning alternatives, annuities, ETFs, and education initiatives.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle activities, collaborate with multiple teams, and translate complex concepts into practical guidance for advisors and sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience in product management or related roles.
• Knowledge of complex product categories such as alternatives, annuities, ETFs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Owns roadmap development and governance for assigned complex product categories.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from intake to retirement of products.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and sponsor communications.
• Translate complex concepts into clear language for financial professionals and stakeholders.
