Job summary

Osaic in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Complex Products Manager to lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for complex investment solutions across our product shelf. You will coordinate onboarding, sponsor relationships, reporting, and advisor-facing resources for alternatives, annuities, ETFs, and related structures.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services with product management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience in product management or related fields.
• Experience with complex product categories (alternatives, annuities, ETFs) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• FINRA Series 7 license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns roadmap development and governance for assigned complex product categories.
• Coordinate onboarding, sponsorships, reporting, and advisor education.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from intake to retirement of products.
• Draft executive materials and present strategy recommendations.
• Collaborate across Product Management, Compliance, Operations, and Sales.
