Job summary
Osaic is seeking a Complex Products Manager to lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for complex investment solutions across the product shelf. You will coordinate onboarding, platform updates, sponsor relationships, and cross-functional projects with advisors, marketing, operations, and technology.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in financial services or related product areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for product details, adoption data, and market information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to explain complex concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Owns roadmap development and governance for assigned complex product categories.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle: intake, business case, onboarding, launch, monitoring, updates, retirement.
- Coordinate sponsorship strategy and advisor education across channels.
- Create executive-ready summaries, presentations, and decision-support materials.
- Draft and maintain advisor-facing product materials and intranet content.
- Support webinars, campaigns, and education to improve advisor understanding of use cases.
