Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Complex Products Manager to lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for sophisticated investment solutions across the product shelf. You will coordinate onboarding, platform updates, sponsor relationships, reporting, and advisor-facing resources while driving cross-functional projects across alternatives, annuities, ETFs, and insurance wrappers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience in product management, platform management, or related areas.
• Experience with complex product categories such as alternative investments, annuities, insurance strategies, ETFs, or related structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to review data and trends to drive actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready materials and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Owns roadmap development, governance alignment, sponsor strategy, advisor education, and cross-functional execution for assigned complex product categories.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for complex products from intake to retirement, including onboarding and post-launch monitoring.
• Create disciplined processes to evaluate products delivering similar exposures via different vehicles.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, committee materials, and product updates.
