You will review coverage positions, provide status updates, and collaborate with service teams to deliver effective results.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented professional with high personal standards and hands-on work style.
• Four years of experience in a professional office setting related to claims.
• Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate is highly desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective claims management and advocacy for clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through advisory on claims issues.
• Review and summarize coverage positions and make recommendations to clients.
• Report new claims timely and establish files with documentation.
• Identify when intervention is necessary and escalate to Complex Claims Manager.
