Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership in a large public company.
• Strong background in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Experience with business combinations and complex technical accounting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, and influence stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate accounting organization in preparing consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; review critical estimates and reconciliations.
• Ensure SOX controls design, documentation, and remediation as needed.
• Lead SEC reporting and liaise with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit.
• Drive controllership operations, policy governance, and process standardization.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team; drive capability building.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives including systems, automation, and data quality.
