Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, International Affairs, National Security, Public Policy, Political Science, Engineering, Science or related field.
• Two+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication with leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOE Q and TS/SCI security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develops analyses and presents research on sponsors, partners, markets, and R&D environments.
• Works with leadership to identify gaps and opportunities based on trends and landscape.
• Delivers timely intelligence on R&D, funding profiles, and technology adoption for decision making.
• Supports business development, tech transfer, and national/global security market research.
