Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking an experienced intelligence analyst to conduct all-source technical analysis of emerging threats. This onsite role requires an active SCI clearance and the ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years of directly relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Active SCI clearance to start and DOE Q clearance.
• Experience briefing senior officials and stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize data from technical, economic, and policy sources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source technical analysis on complex topics, integrating SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, MASINT, GEOINT insights.
• Make engineering judgments with limited information and communicate uncertainties clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver actionable intelligence products.
• Prepare and deliver briefings to internal and external customers with clear, concise findings.
• Produce high-quality written reports that meet established standards and deadlines.
• Lead or contribute to analytic reviews ensuring robustness and defensible conclusions.
• Work onsite and adapt to on-call or urgent requests as needed.
