NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager to lead research and market insights programs. You will set the research agenda, direct partners, and ensure studies are rigorous and decision-focused.

This strategic, high-visibility role requires briefing senior leaders and driving autonomous work in a fast-changing environment. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, apply modern tools and AI, and mentor colleagues, shaping questions and delivering customer-centered

Qualifications

• 10+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or sales engineering.
• Experience leading research programs and managing budgets.
• Ability to present findings to senior leaders clearly.
• Experience collaborating with field sales teams.
• Hands-on with CI platforms and conversational intelligence tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead primary research programs for product marketing and product.
• Direct research agencies and panel providers end-to-end.
• Understand customers, buyers, and decision dynamics; translate into market insights.
• Lead market sizing and segmentation studies for strategic understanding.
• Present findings to senior leadership with decision-ready insights.
• Develop research perspectives on market trends to inform strategy.
