Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a Compensation Manager to own and administer our end-to-end compensation programs, including job leveling, market pricing, and equity plans. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and leadership to ensure fair pay and governance across the organization.

The role focuses on executing the annual compensation cycle, managing the compensation exception log, and supporting executive and board compensation processes with a governance mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with compensation survey platforms and job leveling/scoring methodologies.
• Experience administering equity compensation programs; familiarity with dilution and cap table modeling.
• Knowledge of equity plan administration and compensation governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the salary structure, job leveling, and compensation bands.
• Lead annual compensation cycle: merit budgeting, bonusPool funding, equity refresh guidance.
• Partner with executive compensation consultant on Board compensation and governance.
• Prepare materials for Compensation Committee; include pay-for-performance analyses and equity utilization.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency and SOX-relevant compensation controls and governance.
