Job summary

Axiom Space seeks a bold Benefits Manager to lead comprehensive benefits programs in a dynamic environment. You will own design, negotiation, and administration across health, retirement, wellness, PTO, tuition reimbursement, disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA, and voluntary benefits with focus on compliance and employee experience.

As a strategic HR partner, you will manage broker/vendor relationships, drive annual open enrollment, monitor program performance, and implement best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 7+ years in benefits administration.
• Experience with fully insured, self-funded, and/or managed-funded plans.
• CEBS, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Workday knowledge preferred.
• International benefits experience preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, PTO, tuition reimbursement, disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA, and voluntary benefits.
• Collaborate with brokers, vendors, insurers, and benefit providers to ensure compliance and optimize the benefits package.
• Lead open enrollment campaigns and communicate plan changes to employees.
• Administer leave of absence and disability; manage 401k tasks with vendors.
• Provide new-hire benefits orientation and ongoing employee inquiries.
