Job summary

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration with a global footprint and a strong commitment to fair compensation. This SF-based role sits in the People Team and leads end-to-end compensation cycles, including merit, market refresh, and equity analyses.

You will model budgets, benchmark roles with Radford, Pave, and Compa, and advise People Partners and Recruiters on offers, promotions, and retention, while coordinating with Finance on equity grants and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive global compensation experience.
• Experience owning complex compensation cycles (merit, market refresh, pay equity).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; adept with spreadsheet models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of merit and focal reviews, modeling budgets and ensuring system accuracy in Workday.
• Own job matching and market pricing across functions using Radford, Pave, and Compa; maintain salary structures.
• Partner with People Partners and Talent Acquisition to evaluate roles, establish leveling, and maintain the job catalog in Workday.
• Conduct pay equity analyses across the population and track progress against equity goals.
