Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of experience in the compensation field within an analytical and/or consulting role.
- Experience with market pricing tools (MarketPay) and/or other compensation management systems or planning tools (Workday Advanced Compensation).
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and consultative advice across compensation to ensure best practice solutions; develop job descriptions and conduct job evaluations using external market data.
- Participate in cross-functional projects on compensation initiatives (e.g., job architecture, salary structure design, technology implementation).
- Perform compensation modeling and analyses of benchmark data to provide market-driven recommendations and clear executive summaries.
