Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Compensation Analyst to lead job analyses across the organization, develop accurate job descriptions, benchmark salaries, and recommend adjustments to align with market trends and company goals.

You will ensure compliance with applicable laws and collaborate with the Director, People Services Leadership, and other stakeholders to implement effective compensation structures. Strong Excel and data interpretation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field, or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in managing job descriptions and compensation.
• Experience interpreting large sets of compensation data, trends, and performance metrics.
• Advanced skills in Excel administration and spreadsheet preparation.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or industry-related certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% in the performance of job duties.
