Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a Compensation Manager in Houston, TX. This individual contributor role designs, administers, analyzes, and governs the company's compensation programs to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices.

The role partners with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to deliver market intelligence, salary structures, and incentive plans, reporting to the Vice President of HR and finance liaison. Strong data analytics are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
7+ years of progressive compensation experience.
Experience designing and administering salary structures, incentive plans, and compensation programs.
Experience conducting compensation analyses, market pricing, and job evaluations.
Experience partnering with executive leadership and finance teams.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, analyze, and govern compensation programs across the organization.
Provide market intelligence, analytics, salary structure management, and job evaluations.
Lead in annual merit and incentive processes and ensure internal pay equity.
Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and governance standards.
Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to guide compensation decisions and offer strategies.
