Zusammenfassung

Wealthspire Advisors seeks a strategic Compensation Manager to lead design, governance, and execution of compensation programs. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and data-driven pay practices that support growth and talent strategy.

You will own the compensation strategy, manage annual cycles, ensure pay equity, and guide offers while collaborating with Finance and HR to align budget and governance across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience and ownership of cycles.
• Experience designing salary structures and incentive programs.
• Market benchmarking and salary survey analysis expertise.
• Pay equity and internal compression analyses experience.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
• Workday Compensation module experience.
• Payroll process understanding and compliance knowledge.
• Discretion with highly confidential information.
• Ability to operate independently while influencing senior stakeholders.

• Own compensation strategy, design programs, and evolve pay practices.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles with modeling and budgeting.
• Ensure governance, equity analyses, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on offers and pay strategy.
• Oversee payroll adjustments and data integrity in HRIS/payroll systems.
• Deliver executive reporting and insights on compensation trends.
