Fluidstack is seeking an exceptional Compensation Manager to shape and operate our compensation program. You will partner with leadership, drive annual and off-cycle planning, and build scalable tools and models that empower cross-functional decision-making in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compensation or a related HR function.
• Proven ability to drive compensation planning transitions in alignment with business strategy.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build and refine compensation programs.
• Strong analytical skills with complex compensation models & guidance.
• Experience leveraging market data to benchmark and calibrate pay structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align pay strategy with business goals.
• Own annual and off-cycle compensation planning end-to-end.
• Build and maintain compensation tools, models, and resources for cross-functional use.
• Conduct rigorous market benchmarking and translate research into practical guidance.
• Design and refine compensation programs to stay competitive with AI, infrastructure, and data centers peers.
• Support performance cycles with accurate inputs and policy alignment.
• Operate as a data-driven function with dashboards surfacing pay equity and retention insights.
