Fluidstack is seeking an exceptional Compensation Manager to fuse strategy with hands‑on execution. You will shape compensation philosophy, design incentives, and build analytics tools to support talent decisions across the company.

The role blends market research with practical execution, turning complex data into clear recommendations, and ensuring compensation workflows enable fast, accurate offers and performance cycles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compensation or a related HR function.
• Proven ability to drive compensation planning transitions in alignment with business and talent strategy.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build and refine compensation programs.
• Strong analytical skills—translate outputs into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Track record of leveraging market data (Radford, Mercer, Levels.fyi, or similar) to benchmark pay structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner strategically with the business to understand goals and bring market data to inform pay strategy.
• Own annual and off-cycle compensation planning end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategy, priorities, and budget.
• Design, maintain, and improve compensation tools, models, and resources for cross-functional use.
• Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and translate research into practical guidance.
• Design and refine compensation programs to be competitive against top AI, infrastructure, and tech firms.
• Ensure compensation inputs into performance cycles are accurate and aligned to strategy.
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences to surface insights like pay equity and retention risk.
