Responsibilities

• Review corporate compensation packages and plans for upgrades to align with industry standards.
• Provides day-to-day support for assigned HR programs, processes, and services.
• Coordinates special projects, programs, and activities including wellness programs and employee engagement activities.
• Prepares reports, audits, and documentation to support HR operations and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with responding to manager and employee inquiries and explains HR policies.
