Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with compensation analysis and/or planning.
• 1 year of SCA regulations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional HR support across multiple functional areas including employee relations, compensation, onboarding, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and learning & development.
• Reviews corporate compensation packages and plans for upgrades to align with industry standards.
• Responds to employee and manager inquiries in a timely and professional manner; explains HR policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate employee records and aids in keeping documentation current.
• Prepares reports, audits, and documentation to support HR operations and regulatory requirements.
